About me

I started my first diet at 15.  Not because I needed to lose weight, but because I wasn’t ‘skinny enough.’  That started decades of yo-yo dieting, binge drinking and hating myself.

I could never figure out that right diet or the magic pill to lose weight and keep it off. 

Until I found coaching and learned about macros.  I realized when I eat the right combination of foods, I stay full longer, I stopped having the spikes and crashes with my energy and my cravings for sweet and salty food disappeared. And I lost weight and inches, even though I was eating more than I had in years.

There is nothing different about me

I love going out to eat.  A glass of Rose is my absolute favorite.  I never have enough time and I worry I’m failing in at least one area of my life on the daily.

My Approach

Every food you eat contains 3 macronutrients – carbs, proteins and fat.  When you learn how to eat the right combo of these foods, you not only feel your best, but you lose weight and keep it off.  

It’s not about a diet, it’s about adopting a lifestyle that works for you so you can live your life in the body you want.
